Elai was born from Lorenzo Luce’s PhD research in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Rome, Italy.
During his scientific research, Lorenzo aimed to develop a resoning engine capable of generating predictive models from raw data.
It was only with the involvement of Antonio Sciuto, the company’s current CEO and former Global Business Development Officer at Salesforce, that the startup turned into a global business.
ELAI has secured a total of $6.6 Million in venture capital funding, led by Italy’s sovereign fund CDP and a world-class group of business executives.
